20 Years of Event Management Services (EMS)
As we mark our 20th anniversary, I find myself reflecting on some great memories that have shaped EMS into the bespoke event agency we are today. Launching the company with Carol Baines in 2004, our journey began with one single seminar for Palladium Group (formerly BIS Strategic Decisions) who is still a valued client today. Over the years we have organised hundreds of events from large conferences with exhibitions to glamorous gala dinners at special venues, a literary festival in the heart of London, training courses, roadshows, incentive trips, virtual events and much more.
These events have taken us to six continents around the globe where we have been honoured to work with thousands of fascinating people from 80+ nations.
Our clients have been our greatest source of inspiration. Each event has provided us with the opportunity to collaborate with incredible organisations and individuals. Their trust placed in us has been the driving force behind our continuous pursuit for perfection. To our clients, thank you for choosing EMS as your event management partner.
We are so grateful to all our partners and suppliers who have worked alongside us over the years to ensure we can deliver excellence every step of the way. Even when the pandemic hit, causing a major disruption to our industry, EMS stayed strong, with a talented team of staff who quickly learned how best to deliver virtual and hybrid events so that we could continue to support our clients. It has been fantastic to come out of the pandemic and see in-person events come back even stronger than before. People’s love of human connection is integral to our business and it is our pleasure to ensure all those experiences are meaningful and memorable.
The past two decades have been a remarkable journey for EMS. The lessons learned, the relationships forged, and the memories created have shaped us into the organisation we are today.
