As a global event agency, Event Management Services is committed to creating experiences that bring together. In 2023, we embarked on a journey that spanned continents, coordinating memorable events in Malaysia, Uganda, and Scotland for our valued client, Aqua Media International Ltd who specialise in the hydropower and dams industry.
With 1700+ attendees from a total of 91 countries, the success of these events has set the stage for 2024, with plans to inform international audiences in both Antibes and Graz.
Highlight key moments from our global experience in 2023:
March 2023, Kuala Lumpur: ASIA 2023
Our journey started in Kuala Lumpur, a vibrant hub in Southeast Asia where practical discussions and workshops were set against the backdrop of Kuala Lumpur’s iconic skyline.
July 2023, Uganda: AFRICA 2023
Amidst the scenic wonders of Uganda’s Lake Victoria, the AFRICA 23 conference facilitated discussions that went beyond borders, bringing together stakeholders committed to sustainable development in the energy sector.
October 2023, Edinburgh: HYDRO 2023
Edinburgh, with its rich history and cultural tapestry, provided the perfect canvas for HYDRO 2023. The combination of traditional Scottish elements and practical discussions created a memorable experience for all attendees.
EMS were proud to successfully work with suppliers in all these destinations to ensure that attendee accommodation and travel ran without a hitch. As well as this we worked closely with local partners to produce entertaining social events, informative destination country tours and engaged community groups to support local networks. At the same time EMS coordinated the travel and accommodation for all conference guests to ensure everyone had a fantastic experience.
Looking Ahead to 2024, we are gearing up for events that promise to be just as spectacular.
