Registration can be managed through a combination of online registration via a dedicated event website, incoming phone registrations to EMS customer services and by incoming fax and post. Online registration enables real-time, secure credit card processing, in addition to issuing invoices, receipts and joining instructions to delegates instantly. Our dedicated Registration staff manage all incoming telephone inquiries and registrations ensuring that all confirmations are sent out in good time and payments are collected ahead of the event. Registration reports can be provided to the conference hosts, weekly, or daily as the event approaches. Accommodation reservations can be made through the registration staff with confirmations being issued by email at the time of booking. Room blocks can be pre-booked at the venue as required, or alternatively, accommodation can be sourced on an as-needed basis. |
