Programme

The positioning of the event content is the single most important factor in the success of an event. An EMS Programme Manager will work with your organisation to position the event within the marketplace in which you operate. An agenda will be designed, and speakers recruited to create a "must attend" event for your target audience. A timeline will be agreed for speaker confirmation and content review to ensure that a high quality agenda is confirmed with ample marketing lead time given to securing the audience for the event. If required EMS can recruit a Conference Advisory Board to steer and advise on event positioning and potential speakers.

Once recruited, speakers are managed to ensure that their presentations meet the expectations of the audience. All presentations are reviewed prior to the event and feedback given to speakers regarding repositioning or amendments. Meetings are arranged between speakers and the event chair to ensure that the event programme is smooth-running on site and speaker rehearsals can be scheduled as necessary.
