We have two great openings for graduates with 2-4+ years post-degree events management experience. Both roles are varied and fast-paced and will support the organisation of the larger, multi-day conferences we run. Excellent attention to detail, deadline driven, and a great communication style are key attributes for these roles.

One will focus on supporting the conference programmes – confirming speakers; collecting presentations, bios and photos; and keeping the website agendas up to date are key activities.

The second role will focus on supporting logistics and planning – creating attendee reports, project timelines and activities tracking tools; supplier sourcing – e.g. hotels, caterers, exhibit furniture, equipment hire; and tools for use on the day including running orders, team assignments.

Candidate must be graduates with 2-4+ years of relevant work experience (post degree) in an events or marketing environment. EMS suits team members who are super organised, love to tick items off a list, are eager to learn, thrive on being busy, and are tech-savvy – i.e. love to get the most out the apps they work with. Must have held a full driving licence for over a year. (Car ownership not essential).
