Budget

An EMS project director will work with you to determine the budget for the event; in terms of revenue objectives, direct event expenses and profit expectations, as required. Budget scenarios can be produced to demonstrate event profit as a sliding scale of target attendee numbers are achieved.

We have extensive experience in rigorous negotiation with all event suppliers before finalising the budget, to ensure that no surprises in the event expenses occur. We can provide regular forecasts of revenue and expenses in the build up to the event.

All supplier invoices are pre-approved by EMS before being passed to the host organisation for payment and all revenue and invoices are reconciled to provide a true P&L for the event.
